FangKnight is not a game of easy heroics and casual bravery—it is primarily concerned with high stakes, terrifying dangers, grand causes, and noble sacrifice. Every time a Vampire of any rank enters the mists of the highlands or the gloom of the ancient forests, they enter the realm of the unknown.

The Setting
Lostlorn
Lostlorn is a world shaped by storytelling, faerie tales, and epic quests. It is a world of the uncanny and the arcane, of immortal souls, known as “motes”, traveling between the sacred and the profane. Badlanders are the famed heroes who guard the tranquil lowland kingdoms who venture into the most dangerous reaches of the nine realms in search of truth and purpose.

Become an intrepid companion in a Company of LandersWe Sleep In The Dark, Yet Dream Of The DawnThe Silver & BlackWith steel, grace, and feral cunning you serve the crown as one of the legendary Landers...
The explorers of untamed highlands, stormy blightlands & vile hinterlands. The idyllic Lowlands of Lostlorn survive only thanks to you and your cohort of swaggering gallants. Where there is hope, there must be those sworn to preserve it. Grandmother Oak calls you to serve. Will you answer? You and your Fury of swashbuckling scoundrels are notorious and at times esteemed Badlandlers, highly trained if undisciplined, explorers, mappers, monster hunters, and royal guards serving the Crown… but not always loyally.
What is Lostlorn, you ask?Sit, drink deeply, for you may need it, while I tell you about my home. At its root, Lostlorn is a giant oak tree on a hill, a great, implacable sun in the sky, an inferno burning below, and a great storm encircling it all. This is a poet’s dream, a fallacy, a blind man’s memory. The nightmare of Lorn is something else entirely. In Lostlorn's vast and bleak expanse,
Where sulfur smoke and rot arise,
From rifted edges, dark and grim,
A charred scent drifts on lazy sighs. Here lie the bones, bleached and forlorn,
O'er rubble strewn by centuries' hand,
The nameless dead, devoid of soul,
In endless hunger's dread command.Bereft of pain, yet never sated,
Dire and dirty, gritty and grand,
'Neath soot and bloodstained grass they tread,
From one hell's grasp to next's cruel hand.In Valazar's alleys, shadows creep,
A dagger 'twixt the ribs doth glide,
Only the tenacious withstand this trial,
In Lostlorn's depths where few abide. Thus in this realm of mournful shade,
Where torment's tide doth ever swell,
Only the stalwart brave the storm,
And 'scape the clutches of this hell.
